This role will focus on members at the site location and ensuring their experience is positive and engaging. This is an  account manager role for all members at the site. This person will drive membership retention with a strong focus on  reducing the churn and driving new memberships to build a positive net member rate at the site. They will be the membership experts on site from a customer perspective and from a corporate data perspective.

Supervisory Responsibilities
• No direct responsibility, but may need to step in a time to help open, close or manage the site to cover SM or ASM shifts.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or Equivalent
• 3+ Years Supervisory/leadership experience
• 3+ Years sales and/or customer service experience in car washing and/or related field

• Willingness to work a weekly set schedule including weekends, i.e. Thursday through Monday 10 am – 7 pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
• Working in non-climate-controlled environments, being outside in all types of weather conditions
• Frequent walking, standing, and ability to being on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Physical mobility to include reaching, grabbing, stretching, squatting
• Working with loud mechanical equipment for long periods of time
